3D Printed Mask

It's the start of the pandemic, and we expect it to go on for quite some time, but there are no masks. So, Yesterday I printed this. It's a bit uncomfortable, and the filter mechanism is cumbersome. But Monika found a new design (pictured on screen), which is in the hopper right now. In 5 hours, we'll know which is better (my money is on this new one).

Update: I've printed the new prototype and got a phone call from a high school friend, who is now an ER doctor, asking if I can make them en masse for his staff. Strange times!
